Bar Bending

Send us your difficult to bend parts in carbon, alloy, stainless, and high temperature alloy. We specialize in heavy bending that cannot be done cold.

Click on image to enlarge. 1” & 2” diameter alloy hot bent to close tolerances, heat-treated and threaded. 1" diameter: bent, welded, and threaded. 3 inch diameter 1045 bent hot on a 4-1/2” inside radius. Parts weigh 225 pounds each.             5" diameter lifting lugs. Two special hooks and three prototypes for some now very common rail fasteners. Material for both items is 5160 spring steel. Part in foreground is a wave spring for a dam gate; other part is a guide for a paper folding machine.
