Hydraulic Presses

Hot or Cold Bending of Rounds, Flats, Plates. Flame Cuts bent to: Offsets, Channels, Rings, Hooks, U-Bolts, Anchor Bolts, and other Shapes:

20 & 40 ton horizontal benders 125 ton vertical four post 30” x 38” bed, 27” open height 200 ton horizontal Williams & White bulldozer 780 ton vertical four post 48” x 72” bed, 50” open height, 30” stroke

Up-Setter

Shackles, Rod Ends, Sucker Rods, Large Eye Bolts:

Our 125 ton capacity hydraulic up-setter allows for very economical tooling for shorter runs.

Open Die Forging Hammers

Forging special bar shapes in small quantities. We have a large quantity of blacksmithing swages and tools accumulated over the last 80 years. We can create changes in cross sections combining rectangles and rounds on the same bar. Forgings per Mil-S-46172 A-D.

Welding

Stick and MIG We are experienced with a wide variety of filler metals including hard surfacing, 312SS, 308SS, Ni-Rod, and 11018.

Fabricating

55 ton Ironworker, drilling, turning, grinding, sawing, layout, and inspection.

Threading and Tapping

Landis threading machines and Allen drill press with tapping feature.

Project Management

Experience in procurement, subcontracting, and oversight of all aspects of manufacturing. Commercial, Industrial, & Military. Inspection system per Mil-I 45208 and tailored programs per ISO 9002.
